Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unopened, unused RiyaGlow products within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, notify our beauty concierges within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene, opened skincare and haircare items cannot be returned unless damaged.

Please contact our support team with your order number and product details to request a return label.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving returned goods. Store credits are available instantly upon approval for quick exchanges.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a full refund or product exchange, ensure that:

• Items are unused & sealed

• Returned within 14 days

Non-returnable items include:

• Opened or tested hair oils, gels, masks, or skincare products due to safety standards.

• Personalized gift sets, trial kits, or items marked as final sale during promotional events.

• Products returned after 14 days from the confirmed delivery date.

• RiyaGlow reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing approval for refunds or store credits.

Shipping Policy

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect shipment from us.

RiyaGlow Beauty Hub

Please use a trackable courier service when sending returns. RiyaGlow cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. Hold onto your tracking receipt until your refund is fully confirmed.

Gifts

If your order was received as a gift, returns will be issued as a RiyaGlow digital gift voucher credited to your account once the returned products are inspected and verified.

For gift orders returned without a gift receipt, refunds will be issued directly to the original purchaser's payment account.
